SIX STEP APPROACH

1. FIRST MEETING

During the first meeting, you will receive an overview of the metro Atlanta real estate market; Cate listens to and write your specifications and provides you with a general overview of the buying process.

2. PRE-APPROVAL

When buying a home, having a pre-approval letter when presenting your offer makes for a more desirable offer to sellers and helps reinforce an on-time close of escrow.  When you work with banks and lenders who access your loan options based on your price and timeframe conditions, they will then provide a pre-approval letter to deliver with your offer.

3. GATHERING DATA

To understand your specific lifestyle needs and wants in a property, we go on an inspiration tour to gather data about what you want in a community and property.  This tour provides Cate with vital information to locate properties in a location that fits your lifestyle for you to review.  An understanding of your must-haves and budget.

4. ANALYSIS

After finding a home that matches your lifestyle needs, Cate will provide an analysis of the recent market activity to educate you about the values in the area and the type of market (whether it's a Buyer's or a Seller's market) and assist you in structuring an offer.

5. MAKING AN OFFER

Once you've reviewed the analysis, it's time to secure your home by structuring a fair and strategic offer.  Discuss options and, if necessary, negotiate on your behalf with the Seller once they respond.

6. ESCROW

To ensure a successful close of escrow of the ratified contract, Cate will manage the escrow process, complete paperwork, and assure timely processing of all contingencies.
